We started this journey about 7 years ago as friends. Being members of the same church allowed us to interact from time to time. We went out on a few dates and fate would have it that William moved out-of-town.
Sheila continued to live life to the fullest and became engaged to another gentleman. As the date grew closer, she awaited the moment that she would be a bride and begin the next part of her journey with her new family.
Shorty after, a little song bird cackled in William's ear about the would be wedding. If you know William, you know that his wheels began to spin. They spent so fast that he decided to make one last appointment with his beloved Sheila.
On New Year's eve of 2001, William invited Sheila to celebrate with his family after church. Why she agreed no-one knows....While at this celebration, William found out that her engagement had been broken. And he thought this would be the perfect time to catch up on old times as well as start some new memories.
Needless to say, this was the start of a beautiful relationship! After a few years went pass, Sheila's feelings begin to greatly multipy for that handsome humpty dumpty. And William began to grow more and more in love with her. Despite the MANY argumentative conversations that people observed...(cause that's how we do's it)...we have grown to love and care for one another without measure. We are excited to see where the Lord will take us after we leave St. Thomas (and the boat).
